What happens when my monthly plan expires? Will I be charged automatically?

When your monthly plan expires, no automatic charge or renewal will occur. To continue, simply place a new order on this page—the process is entirely on your terms, no contacting support needed.

Are there differences in nodes, speed, or protocols between free and paid users?

None. Both share the same backbone and protocol (WireGuard + AES-256-GCM) with identical stability and auto-routing. The only difference is subscription length and total price. VPNGap does not lock high-quality nodes behind a paywall.

Do paid plans auto-renew? Is it hard to cancel?

No auto-renewal. Every plan requires manual confirmation for the next cycle; otherwise, it reverts to the free basic plan. You don't need to contact support to 'cancel a subscription'.

What's the difference between monthly, quarterly, and annual plans?

All tiers are identical in nodes, speed, and protocol—the only differences are subscription length and total price. Longer plans offer a lower per-month rate; the monthly plan is great for trying out or short-term use. We recommend starting with monthly and switching to a longer term when ready.

How do I buy a plan? What payment methods are supported?

Click "Buy Now" on any plan card. At checkout, your account balance is applied first (balance is earned by inviting friends to register and activate). If your balance covers the full amount, it's deducted automatically; if not, only the difference needs to be paid at the designated external payment site. Your plan activates instantly after payment—no need to contact support. If the client doesn't sync automatically, just log out and back in.

Do higher-priced plans unlock more nodes or faster speeds?

No. All tiers are functionally identical—same backbone, same protocol, same auto-routing, all nodes open. The only differences between plans are subscription length and price. VPNGap does not gate quality nodes or features behind higher tiers.

How many devices can I use? Do I pay again for different platforms?

One account supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux simultaneously. Paid benefits follow your account, so no extra charges for cross-platform use. Check the 'Account Center' for the current device limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between paid tiers?

Direct tier changes for active plans are not supported. If you switch, the current plan becomes void, and remaining time or data will not carry over. We recommend evaluating your usage before ordering; if unsure, start with a lower tier.
